At Annette’s Kitchen, we’re not a factory. We’re a real kitchen run by a mum and her son, cooking honest food for people who’ve had enough of the soulless stuff. Our menu is small on purpose—because every meal is made fresh, by hand, with care.

We’ve been proudly supporting NDIS participants for over two years, delivering nourishing, comforting meals that feel like home. No confusing systems. No endless menus. Just food that’s good for your body, easy on your time, and made with heart.

​​At Annette’s Kitchen, we understand that finding meals that are not only delicious but also NDIS-approved, nourishing, and convenient can be harder than it should be. For the carers out there especially it can be so daunting not knowing how to ensure our loved ones are receiving the nutrients and benefits they need from food. Cooking every day takes energy—energy you’d rather save for the things that matter most. And let’s be honest: not every pre-made meal tastes like something you’d actually want to eat.

Our meals are crafted with real ingredients, by real people, my son Jonathan and I, who care about flavour and your wellbeing. Every dish from Annette’s Kitchen is designed to feel like home—hearty, wholesome, and packed with taste—without the overwhelm of meal planning, prepping, or cleaning up.

Whether you're exploring new flavors or sticking to dietary needs, you'll always have something tasty to look forward to. Each week I offer a simple menu of 8-10 meals. I don't offer 100 meals each week like the corporate giants you may have come across or tried before, I just offer the one's done right. The one's Id be proud to serve up to my family. In fact I have been serving these very meals to my kids and husband for the past 30 years.

Each Saturday we personally deliver meals to all our NDIS clients. Our meals are delivered  both fresh and frozen (depending on your choice) we will confirm delivery times a day prior! If not home, just leave an esky out!

Most meals from Annette’s Kitchen are ready to heat and enjoy, while a few require only minimal prep—perfect for when you want that gourmet feel without the fuss. Whether you're in the mood to simply heat and eat or do a little light cooking, we make it easy and delicious.
