I am Annette, a lover of food, a passionate cook, a person who thrives on family and togetherness. I am a mother of two and a wife, based in Gold Coast, Australia. 

My meals are made from scratch, using only fresh, wholesome ingredients—no preservatives, no additives, just real food. I have been cooking for over 40 years now, but my Annette's Kitchen Journey started in April 2023.

As cliché as it may sound, I was taught that the only thing worth adding to a meal is love and in the ready made meal space, love is exactly what is lacking. My passion for cooking comes from a deep belief in the power of nutrition and good food, and every dish I create is a reflection of that. Whether you're a busy professional, a family on the go, or someone who simply loves a hearty, homemade meal, I’m here to make life easier—one delicious plate at a time.

At Annette’s Kitchen, every meal is crafted to be nutritionally balanced, ensuring you get the right mix of macronutrients—protein for strength, healthy fats for energy, and complex carbs for sustained fuel. But it doesn’t stop there! I also focus on essential vitamins and minerals to support overall health, from immune-boosting antioxidants to gut-friendly fiber. Eating well shouldn’t be complicated—it should be delicious, nourishing, and effortless, and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver in every bite.
