How do I order?
Ordering can be done on the "Order Now" Page on this website. You can choose whether to pay via a debit/credit card online, or via cash/bank transfer in person. 10 Consecutive cash payments will earn you 3 FREE meals (up to $45 value) as part of our loyalty program. Card Payments will incur a small 1.75% processing fee.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order as many or as little meals as you'd like. The minimum order quantity of $150 only applies for those wanting delivery to their address on Saturday.
How much are the meals?
most of the individual sized meals are $13 each. Prices do vary however so be sure to look at the menu for that given week.
How to pickup meals?
To pickup your meals you must have ordered before the week's cut off (Wednesday Morning). Pickup is after 5pm on Friday at our address in Benowa, Gold Coast, QLD 4217. Upon ordering you will receive a confirmation email with the exact address for pickup. On the Order Now page there are multiple pick up time options for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Are your meals Gluten Free Friendly?
Some of the meals are GF and will have a small GF icon next to them on the menu. We cant guarantee 100% against cross contamination of allergens such as gluten due to the kitchen not being a GF environment.
How to pickup meals?
To pickup your meals you must have ordered before the week's cut off (Tuesday Night). Pickup is after 5pm on Fridays at 8 Village Low Road, Benowa, Gold Coast, QLD 4217. Your meals will be ready!
Do you deliver?
We currently deliver locally for FREE most Gold Coast suburbs are eligible! Orders over $150 are delivered for free to eligible addresses. Delivery is free for cash payment only. Payment can be paid upon meals being dropped off.
When will I get my delivery?
Delivery is on Saturday each week. Usually between 8am - 3pm, more precise times are confirmed with you a day before.
Can you deliver interstate? Outside of Gold Coast?
We are currently working on expanding our delivery to Brisbane and Northern NSW suburbs. Make sure to keep updated as we are hoping to announce these changes in the coming months.
Is there a pensioner discount?
The meals are already fantastically priced and the value for money is outstanding so currently we do not have pensioner discounts.
Are your meals covered by NDIS and Aged Care?
Depending on your allowances within your plan, many of our customers have up to 70% of the meals cost covered by NDIS/ Aged Care. NDIS/Aged Care pays for the meal prep aspect and the valid participant is left only to pay for the ingredients. For more information about NDIS / Aged Care see NDIS or HCP in the main menu above.
How long do meals last in the fridge?
Meals are cooked fresh and last approximately 5-6 days in the fridge as I do not use any added preservatives. Best before dates are located on all of our labels.
Can I freeze the meals?
Absolutely. Most of the meals will freeze just fine for up to 8 weeks, however, I personally wouldn't freeze certain meals which contain fresh salads. Meals are always yummiest fresh!
How do I reheat the meals?
All reheating instructions are on the label. However, fresh meals can be microwaved. Frozen meals should be thawed, and then reheated according to label.
Are the meals macronutrient tracked?
All the meals contain a label which depicts ingredients and macronutrients including a breakdown of protein, carbohydrates, fat, saturated fat, sugars, and sodium.
How much do the meals weigh?
The majority of meals weigh between 350g-450g
